No more weird overlaps, no more strange illogical zones. Whenever possible the zones now go by middle of roads (so that you know where to stand to start wars).
Turf areas around pilots were also modified because of new pilots spawn area, chickens spawn is also bigger, and mafia area was also redesigned.
This below is a offical current server map which also marks spawn areas, proximity areas and actual spawn points.
The basic condition is that the person was a regular, not banned for aimbot & cheats, the ban was made more than 3 months ago and not banned explicitely for breaking a serious rule.
Let's hope the unbanned players don't find another way to get in trouble again.
Airport control tower itself has been moved and rotated while 2 more large hangars were added, but with only one of them being part of the spawn. The spawn area will contain a few helicopters (sparrows + mavericks), airplanes (dodos and rustlers).
The aircraft control tower is of a really inconvinient shape and might get replaced with las venturas one (
Hopefully in the future i will add a option on class selection on where to spawn (to choose old or new spawn point)
So, what's your opinions on this?
- Red fences now hidden by default, the fences appear when you spawn and are protected and disappear when you exit your spawn.
- Red fences appear for 5 seconds when you enter enemy spawn
Players are no longer ejected out of tank, helicopters and other airplanes which can shoot into the spawn zone, instead the shot is de-synced for everybody but the shooter (making shooting at a spawn zone kinda futile and making you a really pleasant target to shoot at).
Distance from which hydra shooting is checked was also increased greatly, which should make it really difficult to bomb spawn points now.
If a player somehow manages to exit spawn without losing protection, the player will lose protection when he is shot at.
punch to kill in interior no longer works
ghosts are now also used for pausing
ghosts no longer show up when quitting in spectate mode
ghosts also don't show when player has protection
ghosts don't show up in interiors...
So let's cover first the main 2 changes:
Spawn protection systems have been completely rebuilt on the server.
The approach now is based on preventing preventable and new ways to make it absolutely clear what is and what is not a spawn zone and what is and what is not acceptable to do there.
Every spawn (except for pilots - which is very special) is now surrounded by a red fence.
Area inside the fence is the actual spawn zone, this is the area in which spawn protection works, and exitting this area results in immediately losing spawn protection. spawn protection is also lost if you use specific weapons from your own spawn (sniper) or if you kill 3 people when you are in red fence and with protection.
This red core area is surrounded about 30 units of buffer proximity zone. this proximity zone:
- Prevents landing and low-flying of helicopters...
The main change with spawns is, that the game now prevents as much trolling in spawns as possible, this is all with intention of enabling clear guidelines on what is and what is not a spawn, lower amout of neccesary reports related to attacking spawns and make the spawn zones a actual enjoyable feature.
Additionally, V7 includes various fixes for glitches such as getting under water, and a really good upgraded death evasion system that is now much more seamless with gameplay itself.
Another change is new welcome text which tells players date of last script update & version on welcome screen.
Great improvements have also been done to anticheat and and sa-mp sync patches: Issues with carjacking and various troll synccheats should be less problematic because the script now decides who owns which car.
Spawn rule changes will be...
As a result, i am updating some of our offical policies:
- Abuse complaints will be from now staffed by 5 trusted players from the server. They will put forward their opinion, my task in complaints will be to provide all relevant logs of reported incident and decide based on their input.
Opinions given by jury will be anonymous, they will provide their community opinion and admins won't know who will be who.
Community will vote for the trusted players. List of candidates for voting will be selected from best reporters on the server in past year and activity based on filtered from their cleanness of any kicks and rulebreaks in recent past. If anyone wishes to refuse to be a trusted jury, they can do so at any time and a new trusted jurywill be chosen.

The new system for applying for admins was a success, so in line with seasons change we are opening it again, and might do so for every season change in the future.
(yes i know autumn offically starts on 22th but it's same month.. and i think it's better to start early)
